There are various techniques for creating dinnerware, but we use the casting method, which includes the following steps:
1- Modeling and Molding :
In the first step, the main mold of a body is made for casting. After that, we reproduce it in large numbers.

2- Casting and Body Production
We mix different ingredients in a mixer and when the basic materials are ready, we pour them into the mold and wait for them to take shape. Then we remove them from the mold, so the containers are ready to be sent to the next level.
3- Bisque Firing
After 24 to 36 hours that the bodies are completely dried, we remove their appendages and it is put it through the initial Biscuit firing at 1070°C.

4- Under Glaze Painting
After the bodies have cooled from the biscuit baking, the sharp edges are sanded and then painted by our artists before glazing.

5-Glaze Firing
In this section, we glaze them by dipping or spraying them depending on the result we want to achieve and then firing in 1080°c to 1100°c.

6- Gold Lustre and Firing
At this stage, the details of the designs are completed with real gold luster and The glazed pieces are loaded into the kiln for the final firing at a temperature between 750°C to 800°C.

Caution
Gold luster is engraved on dishes at a temperature of 800 centigrade degrees. For this reason, these dishes cannot be used in the microwave or the dishwasher. this will be possible if the order of the respected customers is without gold luster.
7- Checking & Packing
When the bodies come out of the kiln are pass a final round of quality checks. They are packed and ready to be sent to the art galleries and dear customers.
